Normally open: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is saved by the piston hole pressurization and the thrust of the reset spring, and the solenoid valve is closed. When the coil is powered off, the pilot spool is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is opened, the pressure relief of the upper chamber of the valve, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure of the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened.
Instructions for High temperature solenoid valve installation
1, before the installation of the solenoid valve:
(1) Please read this manual and check the type and specification of solenoid valve;
(2) Flushing the pipeline.
2, the direction of the solenoid valve device: the direction of the medium flow should be the same as the direction of the arrow on the valve body; The solenoid part should be straight up.
3. Do not install the valve in the low recess of the pipeline to avoid the obstruction of action due to the deposition of steam condensate and impurities in the valve.
